Breast Reduction Before & After Case 31

This is a 26 year old who has always had to deal with large breasts. She measured out past an E cup on most scales and was happy to learn that this could be treated with a relatively straightforward 2 hour surgery. During surgery, over 2/3 over her natural breast tissue was removed. The benefit of the weight lifted from around her neck and shoulders was only surpassed by the happiness she had from a more youthful and round breast shape.
