Breast Lift Before & After Case 20

This is a 27 year old woman who had lost a significant amount of weight in the last few years. At one point she was a DDD cup but now was left with only loose skin. During our consultation she stated that she wanted a large breast augmentation. A breast augmentation would have left her with loose skin drooping off of the implants so she required a breast lift at the same time to lift the nipple back onto the central portion of her new implant. She chose a 400cc smooth round saline implant that gave her a D or DD bra size in addition to a more rounded, perky shape.
