Breast Lift Before & After Case 18

This is a 33 year old mother of 3 who developed drooping of the breast after her most recent pregnancy. She had always been a D cup and was fond of the fullness she had experienced while breastfeeding. However, several months after she stopped breastfeeding the breasts began to deflate or involute. This left her wanting a breast augmentation, but because the nipple and areola were in a position below her breast fold, she needed a breast lift at the same time. She underwent breast augmentation with a 300cc saline breast implant at the time of her breast lift procedure.
