Breast Lift Before & After Case 17

This is a 36 year old patient with 5 children who was a large C cup prior to motherhood. She began to notice that her breasts were getting smaller with each pregnancy but that the skin envelope wasn’t shrinking to match her new size. This deflation led to a significant amount of ptosis or drooping of the breasts. She decided to have a 350cc silicone gel breast implant placed at the time of a breast lift procedure in order to have a more rounded shape and increased fullness along the top of her breasts.
