Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1

Height 5’4” and Weight 130 lbs. Patient is a 54 year old with breast involution with aging and after breast feeding several children. She wanted more superior breast pole fullness and to be approximately 2 cup sizes larger. She chose a 450cc saline smooth round implant through an infra-mammary incision. In the majority of bras she went from a smallish B cup to a smaller D cup.
