Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 15

This is a 35 year old mother of 3 who was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen following childbirth. She had lost most of the weight she had gained with pregnancy but didn’t feel she was able to “see the difference” that eating right and exercise had done for her. She underwent an extended abdominoplasty where we tightened the lax abdominal wall, removed a significant amount of fatty tissue and excised a large area of stretch marks. This improved contour prompted her to lose another 30 pounds after these photos, as she was better able to “see” the results of her efforts.
