This is a 45-year old mother of 3 who had several C sections and previous abdominal surgery with unacceptable scarring. She wanted to have more full and round breasts as well as the contour abnormalities along her abdomen corrected. We performed an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle and skin tightening and were able to completely removed her vertical abdominal scars. We also preformed a breast lift with simultaneous breast augmentation to achieve her desired breast shape and size.
